Holiday movies, gingerbread houses, baking sugar cookies, Christmas music…Anika and Jacob have made it all so much better. Their gleeful discovery of everything the holiday season contains is contagious. The pure innocent joy…getting to relive everything through the sweet excited eyes of a child.
So thank you Anika and Jacob for making Christmas so magical again. I’m going to try hard and treasure the few years that we have with you like this. I didn’t even mind (much) Christmas morning when you both woke us up at 4:30 AM. I tried to be less cranky, put a smile on my face and remember all of it.
